Artwork & Photos

Each portrait is created entirely by hand — no AI is used. Please upload a clear, well-lit photo of one pet only, ensuring at least one eye is clearly visible. If the image isn’t suitable, we may ask for another. Each artwork is an artistic interpretation, not a photographic replica. Art and aesthetics are deeply subjective; every piece reflects our unique creative style and understanding.

Payment & Process

After your order is placed, we’ll begin your portrait according to our current schedule.
Once your order and photo are confirmed, your artwork will be shipped or sent digitally within seven working days.

Processing time may vary slightly depending on order volume and format, whether digital or framed.

Artwork Preview and Confirmation

At Gentle Beast, we value honest connection and artistic integrity. That’s why we handle each commission with the following policy.

Each portrait is a collaboration of trust. Before placing your order, please make sure you’re comfortable with our creative process and approach.

We understand that art and likeness are subjective. Each portrait reflects our artistic style and interpretation of your companion, rather than a photographic copy.
Once your portrait is complete, we’ll send you a low-resolution preview image for confirmation.

The preview may include a light watermark for copyright protection.

If you’re not satisfied with the artwork, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the

email.

We understand that every client sees things differently. In that case, we’ll provide a full refund and respectfully close the order.

If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, the preview will be considered confirmed and we’ll proceed with the final delivery.

Please note that we do not offer revisions or redraws beyond this stage.

Delivery

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if work has not started.

As each piece is custom-made, refunds are not available once work has begun beyond the preview stage.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within seven days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or repair.

We retain copyright for all artworks.

You may share or print your portrait for personal use but not for resale or commercial purposes.

We may display completed artworks in our portfolio and on our social-media platforms to showcase our work, unless you request otherwise before ordering.
