When your artwork is finished, we will send a preview email.
Please make sure to check your inbox and spam folder, as emails can sometimes be filtered by mistake.

If you’re NOT satisfied, contact us within 24 hours for a full refund.
After approval — or if we don’t hear from you within 24 hours — the order becomes final, with no revisions or redraws.

We do not offer revisions because art is naturally subjective, and every portrait reflects our drawing style rather than a perfect copy of a photo. Creating multiple versions would compromise the honesty and intention behind each piece.

We cannot take responsibility for issues caused by unclear photos or missed emails.
